CosmetAssure Covered Procedures include all 17 procedures listed below. All patients having one or more of the Covered Procedures must be enrolled in the CosmetAssure program through a Participating Physician. These patients then become qualified to receive certain Benefits in the event that a Covered Complication occurs as specified in the CosmetAssure Qualifying Admissions.

- Lower Body Lift
- Otoplasty
- Rhinoplasty
- Thigh Lift
- Upper Arm Lift
CosmetAssure enrollment is required on all patients having one or more of these Covered Procedures in the case that (1) regular health insurance does not cover the initial aesthetic procedure(s); and/or (2) patient requires general anesthesia or IV sedation.
